Serenity Home & Exteriors is looking for motivated Apprentice Painters to join our growing team. No experience? No problem — we’ll train you in everything from prep to final coat, all while you earn a competitive wage and work alongside skilled professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn the craft: Work with experienced painters to understand tools, techniques, and materials.
• Prep surfaces: Scrape, sand, caulk, and clean to create the perfect base for painting.
• Master the basics: Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Work on variety: Help transform homes, offices, and commercial spaces inside and out.
• Take pride in the details: Assist with trim, touch-ups, and final inspections to ensure flawless results.
• Stay safe & organized: Follow job site safety procedures and keep tools in good shape.

• A great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliability and strong work ethic — show up on time, ready to work.
• Comfort with basic tools (we’ll train you on the rest).
• Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
